The village itself has a shop and also a beautiful country house hotel and restaurant where they serve the most delicious sachs (typical Bulgarian hot sizzling plate of meat and veggies!)
There are 1 or 2 other UK families who own homes in this village and come for holidays and there is also a vinery just down the road and a distillery in the village too.
There are busses that go through the village to Mezdra and you can also easily get a taxi to and from the village if you don’t fancy driving.
